James Lewis, CFA, CIPM | James is a Managing Director at TCW Group. Prior to joining TCW in 1999, Mr. Lewis was a Quantitative Analyst for Loomis, Sayles & Company. Mr. Lewis received a BS in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA® charterholder, CIPM® certificant, and member of the CFA Institute. He is a past President of CFA Society of Los Angeles.

Yini Chen, CFA | Yini is an associate at Post Advisory Group focusing on high yield corporate bonds and leveraged loan investment research. Prior to joining Post, she worked at Ducenta Squared Asset Management as a credit research intern while completing the Master of Science in Finance program at USC Marshall School of Business. She earned the CFA charter in early 2024 and is a member of CFALA.

Wenjie (Jack) Gao, CFA, FRM, CQF | Model Validator, Citi Bank.
Wenjie currently works as a model validator at Citi Bank, where he spends his time validating credit risk and stress test models. Wenjie previously worked as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at Bank of America and a Credit and Data Analyst at AmeriHome Mortgage Company.
Wenjie completed his undergraduate studies in Business and Economics at the University of Manchester. Wenjie also received his Master’s in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University and is now pursuing his Ph.D. in Mathematics.
Wenjie is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designee.

Anthony Orlando, PhD, CFA | Anthony W. Orlando, PhD, CFA, is an Associate Professor of Finance, Real Estate, & Law at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he holds the title of Singelyn Fellow of Analytics in the College of Business Administration. He serves as Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and he serves on the Public Finance Authority Board for the La Verne Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District.
Dr. Orlando teaches and conducts research at the intersection of finance, real estate, and public policy. He has published over a dozen peer-reviewed articles in top finance and economics journals, including the Cambridge Journal of Economics, Energy Economics, Real Estate Economics, and the Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics. He received a Bachelor’s in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in economic history from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a PhD in public policy and management from the University of Southern California.
