Rob Nicholson | Rob has over 23 years of sales, leadership and investing experience in Alternative Investments with a focus on public and private capital markets transactions, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. He joined BlackRock in 2022 as the Alternative Investment Market Leader for the West Coast from Archon Private Equity Partners where he served as a partner overseeing investment product development, distribution, and capital formation. Rob began his career at Morgan Stanley before moving into buy-side analysis with Oxford, and eventually into acquisitions for Wells. Over the last 17 years he has worked in sales and capital markets roles directly or through joint ventures with some of the largest Private Equity and Asset Management firms in the industry including Deutsche Bank, Hines, Cole Capital, and Ares Management. Rob has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s in Business from London Business School with a concentration in Private Equity, and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance. Rahman D’Argenio | Mr. D’Argenio is a Partner at ECP. He is involved in all areas of the Firm’s investment activities, with particular emphasis on gas-fired and renewable power generation, distributed energy, and energy and utility related services, and is a member of ECP’s Investment Committee. Mr. D’Argenio currently serves on the boards of Reflectance Energy, LP, Pivot Energy Inc., and Avolta Renewable Holdings. Prior to realization, Mr. D’Argenio served on the boards of Sunnova Energy Corp., Custom Truck One Source, (formerly NESCO Holdings LP), Transit Energy Group, Triton Power Partners LP, PLH Group, Inc., Brayton Point Power, LLC, EquiPower Resources Corp., Odessa Power Holdings, LLC and Red Oak Power Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining ECP in 2010, Mr. D’Argenio spent seven years at First Reserve Corporation, an international energy-focused private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. His responsibilities at First Reserve included a leadership role in power, financial services and coal related investments. Prior to that, Mr. D’Argenio worked in the Energy & Utilities Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Steven Porto | Mr. Porto is a Partner in Ares Infrastructure Opportunities. Additionally, he serves on the Ares Infrastructure Group's Infrastructure Opportunities and Climate Infrastructure Partners Investment Committees. Mr. Porto is a board member of Apex Clean Energy, Current Trucking and Atlas Crane Service. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Mr. Porto was a Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services, where he focused on equity investments in clean energy infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Porto was a Vice President at Development Partners Group, where he focused on developing power infrastructure projects. In addition, Mr. Porto was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Corinne Still | Ms. Still is a Partner in Apollo's Infrastructure Equity business, where she is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing equity investments in energy transition and renewable power. Ms. Still sits on the board of Doral Renewables, Circulus, Summit Ridge Energy, Broad Reach Power, Great Bay Renewables, and Stagecoach Renewables. Prior to joining Apollo in 2016, Corinne was a Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services and a Management Consultant in the Energy & Natural Resources group at Accenture. Corinne graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University with a BS in Integrated Science & Technology and received both her Master of Environmental Management and Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Paul Workman | Paul Workman joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director on the KKR North American Infrastructure team. Mr. Workman’s focus is on KKR’s midstream investments in the Americas. During his time at KKR, Mr. Workman has been involved in a number of investments including Veresen Midstream, SemCAMs Midstream, Pembina Gas Infrastructure, Coastal Gaslink Pipeline, Westbrick Energy, Colonial Pipeline, Torq Energy Logistics, and Accelerated Oil Technologies. Prior to joining KKR, he was with RBC Capital Markets in Calgary, where he focused on merger, acquisition and financing transactions in the energy industry.
