Michael Roberts, CFA | Michael Roberts is the co-founder of PortfolioMetrix, a global investment management business focused on the wealth management market. PortfolioMetrix differentiated itself by offering ‘FinTech for Advisors’ rather than ‘FinTech instead of Advisors’ at a time when the threat of Robo-Advice dominated the Advisor press. Mike served as the Chief Product Officer and created an award-winning proposition that blended behavioral finance-based suitability tools with investment management. Mike also served as UK Managing Director responsible for creating and executing the strategic plan for the UK business, building the sales, marketing and client service divisions. Mike relocated with his family in 2020 to Santa Barbara, California and now serves as Non-Executive Chairman at PortfolioMetrix.
Prior to founding PortfolioMetrix, Mike held senior positions at Barclays & BlueBay Asset Management in London.
Mike is a CFA charterholder, holds the UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.

Michael Campbell | Michael Campbell, CEO of Cosmos Technology, is an award-winning computer scientist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Asset Management Technology. He's held leadership positions in top-tier Asset Managers, including Chief Information Officer at one of the world’s largest with over $700 Billion in assets under management. Michael was previously Group Manager of Front Office systems at Western Asset Management in California and the CTO and co-founder of Apogean Technology, the first electronic exchange for the trading of emerging market debt. He earned an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, and holds two bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science & Applied Math, Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. Michael has also advised and held board positions in early-stage startups, including Area Daily and Meera.ai.
